How to Choose a Reliable Kitchen Company?
Before agreeing with any kitchen company, these standards protect you from disappointment: real inspection, samples you see and touch, a written scope of work, and a clear warranty. Compare companies by these standards, not by price alone.
The guide
1. Inspection: a reliable company visits your location and measures itself before giving you a final price. Whoever gives you a price without inspection is guessing — and you will pay the difference later.
2. Samples: ask to see and touch material, color and hinge samples. Photos alone are not enough.
3. Written scope: what exactly does the agreement include? Cabinets? Surfaces? Lighting? Installation? What is outside the scope? Write it down before paying.
4. Warranty: a clear warranty on cabinets and installation, and a way to contact if a problem occurs. Ask: what happens if a defect appears after handover?
5. Previous work: ask to see real previous work — and if possible, contact previous customers. We welcome that, and show our work transparently.
We apply these standards to ourselves: inspection and measurements, real samples, a written scope before agreement, and a 10-year warranty.
